It's time for the weekly field op tutorial! First, go and accept your mission in the command room.
Go to the ski village click above the tour guide sign. You will walk directly into where you need to be. Your phone will ring, and you need to answer it.
Enter the right code into the lock, and you have completed the field op!
NOTE: The combination changes every time. The code up above in the picture will not work for you!
