Once you accept the field op, head down to the cove.
Once you arrive, go stand in the corer of the cove. You will recieve a message on your spy phone. Once you get it, click on it.
The objective is to get the combination correct.
Enter different symbols into the lock, and then click scan. When it turns green, it is in the right spot. Keep moving through the different spots. Once every whole is green, you have passed.
NOTE: The combination is different for every penguin, the combination above will not work if you enter it.
